“My just installed unit reads 38 when we switched to fridge mode. I tried to lower the 38 number by hitting (-), but the number would not change. Should I be able to change the range (36 - 42?) and the display setting (38) by pressing the minus button?”

• Thank you for your question, pinocchia! Pressing the minus button on the front display of the refrigerator will adjust the temperature.
