• Same issue...unplug for 10-15secs and plug back in. Fixed it for me

• Our center drawer turns off when closed after several seconds. The freezer door stays on for over 10-15 minutes sometimes. Even when using the App to control the external lights, it can be turned on, but will not turn off. The center drawer responds to the App without issue. The App response decouples the magnet sensor used to detect the closing of the drawer, making it a firmware bug that is annoying, especially as they do not support firmware updates through the App.

• Hi, KJD! This model doesn't have exterior lights. It does have enhanced bright LED lighting that illuminates every level on the inside and ambient pocket handles that offers an ambient light for your kitchen. We hope this helps. -Bianca
