• A:Answer I'm just here to tell you I'd skip this fridge. We've only had it 6 months and are already replacing the left door because the water dispenser is leaking. Waiting for it to be delivered before we can schedule installation. Also, it hardly makes any ice which is a huge issue for our family of 5. Overnight only one tray is made (10 cubes) which has been a huge issue for us. I shouldn't have to buy bags of ice to dump into my ice dispenser. The repair person for the door said this is to be "energy efficient" but I can tell you, I think it just doesn't work correctly. I would advise against purchasing. Also, the inserts in the back of the two fruit/veggie drawers will not stay in which is annoying.

Q: QuestionCan I get this refrigerator without an ice maker? I live on a slab and don't want to cut into my cabinets to get water to it. would rather more room without the ice maker in the way.

Q: QuestionHow much does the hinge/door stick out from the frame when opening? Is it more than an inch? We have a narrow opening and it will need to be 2” from the wall. I’m not concerned if it can’t quite get to 90 degree open, but want to make sure it will open.

If your opening has only 2‑inch side clearance from the wall on the hinge side, I would say this model is risky for smooth operation. It will probably open somewhat, but you may lose full swing and likely risk contact with the wall or door handle/door edge, hitting the wall. If you can allow maybe 3–4 inches or more from the wall on the hinge side, you’d have much better confidence. - Maico
