“Does the water filter have to be changed or can you just do a reset and continue using the same filter?”

• I've had my Frigidaire GRFC2353AF for about 8 months now. Although it's best to replace the filter, you can reset the reminder without replacing the filter. The reminder is an red "replace filter" indicator on the control panel. It appears after 6 months of use. There is an indicator for the water filter as well as one for the air filter.
