A:AnswerPurchased 1/19/15. Freezer stopped working 7/24/15 and notified Frigidaire next day. After six phone calls and almost 3 weeks later still no freezer. They sent service repair company that would come to house only with my credit card information ahead of visit. He was unable to fix. Frigidaire informed me today they will attempt to find another repair service in area for second opinion.
Told this could take another 2-3 business days. Refrigerator side is working. Model #FGHC2331PFAA
