Q: QuestionCan you tell me why the ice looks cloudy when melting in my water?

• A:Answer If you just purchased it you should let the ice fill all the way about 3 times and dump it each time. Same as with the water fill a 2 quart jug about 3 times and dump it each time. You should see a difference with the water and ice not being cloudy anymore. This is what the delivery guys recommended.

• A:Answer No, it doesn't have a reservoir. The water coming out is about the same temperature as that coming out of our kitchen tap. Per the manual - for colder water add ice to your glass before adding the water.
