“Can you tell me why the ice looks cloudy when melting in my water?”

• If you just purchased it you should let the ice fill all the way about 3 times and dump it each time. Same as with the water fill a 2 quart jug about 3 times and dump it each time. You should see a difference with the water and ice not being cloudy anymore. This is what the delivery guys recommended.
