Is the water kit a seperate purchase? null

It's not separate. What you see is what you get. Except you'll have to get a water filter but the bestbuy people can get you one. There's and additional optional ice maker to go in the freezer if I'm not mistaken though but who needs 2 ice makers?

Yes it is. It's about 30 bucks. We bought it a couple of days before the refrigerator was delivered in case they didn't bring it with them.

Yes. They sell two options. A stainless steel tube or a copper tube option. If you already have a water line where your refrigerator will be, you only need the stainless steel tube. If you do not have a water line and need to connect to the main waterline in the wall, you will need the copper connection. I was told I needed both to set it all up but only needed the stainless steel line since I already had a water line.

Yes, but it's not expensive. Like $25.

No need to purchase any water kit. I already had a line running to my old fridge. They simply utilized what was already in place.
