Tara, Give it some time. Our works great after experiencing the same delay.

According to the Frigidaire Gallery French Door refrigerator manual for models like this: The manual states that after installation and turning the ice maker on: - It can take up to 24 hours to begin producing ice. - It may take 2–3 days to fill the ice bin under normal operation. It also notes that initial conditions (like a warm freezer or newly connected water line) can delay the first batch. - The refrigerator has been running long enough to reach the proper temperature (0°F / -18°C for the freezer) - The water supply is properly connected and turned on - The ice maker has been switched ON (which you already confirmed) At 24 hours with no ice yet, you're still within the normal window. You should wait up to 48 hours total before being concerned. The very first batch is often small and may come out as irregular cubes, which is normal. Once it gets going, production becomes steady. - Maico
