“Where does the water come from to operate the steam functions?”

• Hi Antoine! Use 3 cups of water to steam bake and steam roast. If steam functions are frequently used, use a distilled  water container, pour water slowly into the steam tray (included), and place it on the bottom of the oven while it is still cool. Never add water if the oven is warm. -Christian
