“Can the oven temperature on this unit be adjusted up or down while the oven is on? Or would you have to turn it off then input the new temperature. Also, can the oven temperature be adjusted while convection mode is on? or are you stuck with the default 350 degrees.”

• It can be adjusted while the oven is going. You don't have to turn the oven off. You only have to cancel the oven temp and input a new temp through the digital display and press start. Super easy.

• Yes, the oven temperature can be adjusted while the oven is on, there is no need to shut the oven off to adjust the temperature.

• Yes you can adjust the temperature without turning it off. This oven has no convection option.
