QuestionPerhaps I missed it, but why are no instructions given on cleaning the condenser coils, defrost condensate tray and undercarriage of the fridge? That seems to be a basic requirement for maintaining the fridge's performance. Thx!

- Answer Hi, there! Thank you for reaching out. The recommended cleaning for the internal and external cabinets can be found in the Use and Care Guide on pages 25 through 28. Coils and the Undercarriage of the refrigerator can be cleaned with a cleaning brush and a vacuum. The Defrost Condensate Tray should be cleaned every 3 months. You can use distilled white vinegar, hot soapy water, or one-part bleach with two parts water in a spray bottle. Let the solution sit for 20 minutes then rinse thoroughly.

QuestionOur fridge is 3 years old and now the ice maker only distributes crushed ice. How do I get it to give cubes again. We have set it to cubed but only get crushed. Also is there a separate filter for the ice maker or is it the same one as fridge

QuestionAre the shelves in the freezer all attached independently? I had a model that had one shelf supporting items on the shelf and items hanging in a basket below. It was too much weight for the shelf and it pulled out.

To ensure the best ice production the water supply pressure should be between 30 psi and 100 psi, and remember to change the water filter every 6 months to keep a healthy flow of water. - Answer Hello! The display will be on when in Active Mode. To switch to Sleep Mode, hold Crush and the light button together for 5 seconds. When Sleep Mode is on, the LEDs are not illuminated on the display and pressing any key will illuminate LEDs and then go back to sleep after a short time. ~Ashton
