Hey, Celtiegirl! This model range does appear to come with sealed burners, as they’re not open under to range top. Also, True Convection refers to an oven that has a heating element in addition to the convection fans. Convection Conversion is an oven feature that converts the temp for you. If a recipe says cut oven on 350 and you want to use convection, it would convert it to 325. Hope this helps! ~Keyanna
