If you look at the manufacturer's Product Specification Sheet PDF the height is 48 1/2 inches not 35 7/8, which leads me to believe the 35 7/8 inch height is to the burners, this is supported by the customer pictures which show a normal height stove. The 35 7/8 inch total height description information should be corrected.
