“One reviewer mentioned they only get low,medium and high flame, so not very versatile for in between settings. Do any of you find your flame only has those three settings???”

I find this range to do a fantastic job with the flames. It bakes perfectly. Is exact in temperature, I haven't tried broiler yet, but I'm very pleased with this range.
