“Can I turn down the flame? Can the flame be turned down? As of now, the only eye to simmer on is the smallest eye on the back. Too much heat comes out the edges of the pans requiring me to use a glove or a very long handled utensil.”

• WE HAVE NO ISSUES WITH SIMMER TEMPS AND OUR POTS DON'T GET SUPER HOT.
