Are you using propane or natural gas. If your using propane you need to set it up for propane
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well the oven heats extremely well and it is normal that you see flames on the bottom plate, but it's not normal that the flames come up through that metal sheet. You might want to have it checked out by a technician.
