“Do you recommend seasoning all the grates? The question is how and particularly the griddle? There is nothing in the manual about this???? The middle griddle is sticky and not useable. Thank you -Foggy59”

I would season grates just grease them down with grease after washing and drying them throughly. Do this until you are satisfied with the texture. Just keep greasing them down. Don't leave them in water. Always dry grates immediately after washing. Water is not cast irons friend. Good luck and enjoy your appliance

If the middle grate is sticky we suggest using a nonabrasive plastic scrubbing pad and mild cleanser to clean the grate.
