QuestionI was told that this model has a gas stove top and an electric oven, is that correct? If it is correct why isn't this considered a duel-fuel range?

QuestionVenting Issues?I've been reading reviews about some stainless steel ovens having venting issues. Lots of reviewers have reported some making the entire home too hot or the venting issues causing the stainless surfaces to be too hot to the touch. Anyone have any knowledge about this specific model?

- Answer I've owned one for several months now and not had issue with the externals heating up any noticeable amount. There is a vent beneath the oven controls that is rather warm, but still doesn't heat up the controls itself.

Questionhi, i bought a frigidaire gas range 5 burner gallery , i told the sale guy i am taking it to guyana , he said it will work over there , when i broughtIT TO GUYANA ,IT CAN NOT WORK THE TECH. QuestionHow do you clean the grates on top? How about the cooktop. Stoves get greasy and you can't use cleaners other than mild dish soap on this, can you? Dish soap will not clean grease. It drives me nuts to have to be careful cleaning things that get used.

QuestionI TURNED ON OVEN TO SELF CLEAN AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO OPEN THE OVEN DOOR SINCE. I CLEANED IT YESTERDAY. DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS? THE OVEN IS ONLY A COUPLE OF MONTHS OLD AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I CLEANED IT.

- Answer Good Afternoon Confused! From what you have described it sounds like the door assembly may have a miscommunication within it. You may need to disconnect power from the range for at least ten minutes. Doing this will allow the range to revert back to factory settings. You can also press the cancel button for at least ten seconds and this may advise the door assembly to release. Hopefully this information is helpful.
