Hi, Connie! Thank you for this inquiry and for reaching out. This unit comes with two (2) side grates, the left and the right, and one (1) center griddle. Please note that the side grates cannot be interchanged for a griddle; however, the center griddle can be interchanged for a grate (not included). The center grate part number is 5304535284. ~Juan
