“HI! My new range has steam clean and after cooking chicken wings I had quite a mess. Steam clean does NOT work!! Did I do something wrong? I see this range has both? So High heat clean as well? School me on steam clean please. Do I need both?”

Thanks for the question, MJ! The steam clean feature is a great way to clean small and light soils in the oven. The self-clean feature is used when cleaning heavy soils in the oven.
