It is pretty amazing, But you will have to adjust your times for cooking when using either feature and not utilizing all the Shelves in the oven. It has an airtight seal, and holds heat like no other oven I have ever owned. It literally takes 10 min less to bake a cake. or 11 min less to Make fries crispy. I cooked Chicken Cordon Bleu the other day and instead of it taking 48 min at 350 it only took 29 min. It does take some getting used to. But its By far the best oven I have ever owned. If you purchase be sure to get the Pot set to go with it, Shark is the one i got. Amazing chemistry, Chances are unless you owned a stove like this before, your pots will not match.
