• The vent exhaust is located at the top edge of the microwave. You need to make sure your cabinets are a 3-4 inches shorter than the microwave depth. You can check the installation manual for the exact measurements.

• according to the owners manual it does have front ventilation. it has a convertible exhaust system, meaning self contained with no exterior ducting required or with ducting. theres a charcoal filter plus two regular filters
