Hi Meretha. Yes, the microwave door is guaranteed to open up to a 90° angle without touching any adjacent walls, helping you adapt to any compact spaces in your kitchen. The microwave width is 29 7/8". However, the space between the cabinets must be 30" (76.2 cm) wide and free of obstructions to allow for installation. ~ Anna
