QuestionWhat is the wattage of the microwave oven?

- Answer Hey there, Valued Customer! In researching, we were able to see the cooking watts are 1100. At 240 volts it uses 7.9 watts and at 208 volts it uses 5.9 watts. We certainly hope this information was helpful to you and your shopping experience. -Ciara

QuestionWhat should be the opening size of cut out in the wall? We have an existing Kitchen Aid convection oven with microwave. We want to replace that unit. I think the existing cutout is 24". I hope this unit has the same size cutout.

- Answer Hello, Valued Customer The cut-out dimensions are 24-7/8" minimum in width, the depth is 23-3/4", and the height is 41-1/8" minimum. QuestionDoes install come with the purchase of this unit? Do you measure for us? And what happens if it doesnt fit exactly? (Slightly off in measurements) Can it be returned ? I am afraid I buy it and we have trouble on the install. Thank you!

- Answer Hi; install was extra for us--I think it was originally $99, but the outlet had to be moved to accommodate the Frigidaire, so it eventually came to $250. Dimensions were a little larger than the GE we had, but the fit was fine. So far, we like the unit; the microwave space is smaller than the GE we had, but it hasn't been an issue, and the oven is much larger than the GE which makes a big difference.

QuestionIf the microwave fails on this unit, can it be replaced without replacing the entire unit? If so, what is the model # of the replacement microwave? Microwave voltage? Oven voltage? If the microwave is 110V, can it be connected to a surge protector?

- Answer No, it cannot be replaced. You must have it repaired or replace entire unit.
