Hi; install was extra for us--I think it was originally $99, but the outlet had to be moved to accommodate the Frigidaire, so it eventually came to $250. Dimensions were a little larger than the GE we had, but the fit was fine. So far, we like the unit; the microwave space is smaller than the GE we had, but it hasn't been an issue, and the oven is much larger than the GE which makes a big difference.
