Q: QuestionLove the stove..had for 3 weeks now...my only problem is cleaning the enamel under the grates. I have used all ki d of cleaning cloths. Even suggested cleaning sponge. I cant get rid of the streaks. Even buffed with a diaper....help

• A:Answer Hi Dee. Using a soft cloth, clean with mild dish detergent and water or a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water. Rinse with clean water, dry and polish with a soft, clean cloth. Glass cleaners may be used, but do not apply directly to surface; spray onto cloth and wipe. ~ Anna

Q: QuestionThe width. It shows 29 22/55 (very strange). That is 29.4. Why doesn't it show as 29.4? Or is the 29 22/55 a typing error? One of the questions asked about the width and Frigidaire answered 29 7/8 (which is 29.875). So what is the width?

Q: QuestionDoes the oven go out if there is an electricity cut? Does the outside get hot or just warm, when the oven is on? Is it easy to find the propane converter kit? Thanks.

You may find a gas conversion kit at your local home/appliance store or a professional installer. When the oven is on, your range will be warm. Hope this helps. • A:Answer Hi Karen! Thank you for your inquiry. It is not recommended to put the grates in the dishwasher for cleaning. In researching, we are not showing that it is recommended to spray any products inside before cleaning. However, you want to remove any excessive spills. Any spills on the oven bottom should be wiped-up and removed before starting the self cleaning cycle. To clean, use hot, soapy water and a cloth. To ensure that you do not experience any lock matter when cleaning. It is recommended to allow the oven to cool and unlock itself before opening the door. Hope this helps! -Thanks!-
