Q: Questionis this Frigidaire support bracket suitable for use with a vinyl window? One of our wooden windows was replaced with vinyl window &I was told I need a frame or a brace (support bracket) because otherwise the AC unit will damage the new window. thanx.

Q: QuestionDo I need a support bracket for FFRE10B3Q1 10,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner?It looks like it's not flat on the bottom of the unit, and I'm worried I'll buy a bracket and it won't fit when I install it in my wooden window frame.
