Iphone 6 or newer will have no issues. Only 1 size. Film size (W×H) 54 mm × 86 mm 2.1 in × 3.4 in Image size (W×H) 46 mm × 62 mm 1.8 in × 2.4 in

As long as you can download the app. this printer is different from others as it prints on a Polaroid like photo with a white boarder around the photo. the photo with boarder is 2 1/8 X 3 3/8 if boarder was cut off the printed photo is 1 7/8 X 2 3/8...hope that helps.
