• No it cannot. Only mini photo film can be used on mini camera.

• Only Instax mini film will work with the mini cameras. Instax wide film is for their wide model camera only so it will not work with the mini.

• I wouldn't expect that the wide film works for the Mini camera. This film is used with the Instax Wide Camera and the picture measurements are larger than the Mini picture measurements.
