• Just about anything not on Xbox game pass can be purchased and played on GeForce Now. All you need is WiFi

• yes if its on gamepass, if not then can cloud play/remote play it

• Not natively, you won’t be able to install cyberpunk on this device and play it without an internet connection. You’re options to play cyberpunk will come from cloud streaming options such as GeForce now, or Xbox games pass (if the game is on these services) or Stadia (R.I.P.). Or local in home streaming from a pc, ps4/5, or Xbox doing all the heavy lifting and sending the game feed to this device
