QuestionI plugged in the microwave and it was already on .I tried to turn it off but I could not get the Pause/ Cancel button to work .Is there something I'm doing wrong or does it sound like it is malfunctioning ?

QuestionThe auto cook popcorn setting (AC-1) burns the standard microwave popcorn bag. Anyone else having burnt popcorn issues? What works with your machine? We keep experimenting with lower power settings and shorter time. Any recommendations?

QuestionStopped working after a couple of months or so. I used the defrost option for the first time and after that it completely went dark, then, started beeping with 1:00 on time and can't stop it. There is no stop/reset button people keep talking about :(

QuestionHi, Microwaves advertise low output but what does it really drag off my power box? Some say they are 700 output but then you find out that it drags 900 or more so you really aren't getting the 700 watt savings. I only have so much power to spare.

- Answer 1100W is power consumption listed in manual, I'm hoping that's peak draw and not constantly needing 400W extra for overhead (turntable, light, etc)
