If you want a countertop model up off your countertop, I would think you just need to attach a wooden "box" to the underside of your upper cabinet, large enough for the appliance AND its required distances to nearby surfaces. You may need a hole for the cord to go through to reach an outlet. You may want to consider not having the bottom and/or sides of the "box" go all the way to the wall; to create better ventilation. Alternatively, shop for a built in model.
