Yes. Here is how I usually do it: 1. Using an adapter, plug the memory card into your computer 2. Play the video using Wndows Media Player, full screen. Pause at the part you want. 3. Hit The Print Screen button on the keyboard. 4. Open Paint, click on Paste. 5. Use the outline tool to select the part of the picture you want. Click on Crop. 6. Save the picture normally. The resolution from a good dashcam will make a satisfactory still photo.
