Yes, it does. And it’s pretty good recording too. It’s also small enough to keep discreet. I’d recommend installing close to the window you plan on conversing out of (if conversing) or installing under rear view mirror especially if your rear view unit is black it’s hidden really well and small enough to not even be noticeable upon first glance.
