Is there any subscription or is it stand alone? null

If you choose to use the vault, you get 24 hours for free. Otherwise, $4.99 gets you 7 days of storage, $9.99 for 30 days. Honestly, I don't need the cloud, the SD card is whatever size you pick. I'm happy with the 24 hours. The device will connect to remembered Wi-Fi networks (like your house) when powered and upload to the vault. I've been through a half-dozen dash cams. Several of them at 3 or 4 times the cost. This is a great little device and worth every penny.
