“Can you set this to where it will have a continual monitoring/recording feed of the car while it is parked? I am concerned if it is only if it is bumped, or tampered with, it may not be enough to start the recording.”

You will need to purchase the power adapter that plugs into the car's internal electrical system (~50$, sold separately) and it can run at all times and capture collisions when the vehicle is not running
