I believe the difference is this, the more expensive one has lifetime traffic conditions updates available, is Bluetooth compatible, and also works with Cortani, or Sir, and has built in WiFi. Both have lifetime map updates available thru the cord provided and assuming you have a computer to hook into. Both will get you there! I use mine as a backup for my phone. I have the least expensive one and I am very happy with it. Hope this helps.
