Does the Garmin Drive 50 GPS tell me to recalculate? null

No, this model will not provide an audible prompt when it is "recalculating", your device will, however, display "Recalculating" if a turn is missed or if you choose to stray from the intended route.

They have basically eliminated the recalculate feature. I like the new Garmin. I bought the Garmln drive 51.

no, it doesn't. It shows it is doing that, but it doesn't say it. I kept missing turns and it would pause and refigure it out.
