“The Garmin I have now has 3D, trip routing and can be set by my phone with bluetooth. If this does not have all of these features can you please suggest the one that does? Mine has a black spot on the screen so it needs to be replaced.”

This model does not include Bluetooth. The Drivesmart, DriveAssist and DriveLuxe models include the Bluetooth feature to pair your phone.
