The preloaded maps have gas stations, restaurants, shopping centers and more preloaded. Works well when I have used. Hope this helps !

Please try again later.Yes you can use Search by Category to locate specific destinations/points of interest nearby, e.g. I find it useful to know how far the next rest stop is. It will find restaurants, hotels, and yes, Auto Services. I believe all GPS navigators made in the last 5 years have this as a standard feature. This model seems to have every possible category, even spas, concerts, beauty care. You just tap the name and tap Go and it will take you there. Very useful.
