• Yes it does. You can even choose the restraunt type you are looking for. It will display the ones near you or in another city if you like and then direct you to the one you choose.

• Good question. Yes, the DriveAssist 50LMT allows you to search for a point of interest by name only or within categories like Restaurants, Shopping, Gas Stations etc. No address is required. Thanks, James
