“I have a Garmin 42LM. Suppose to have lifetime maps. I have tried twice to download maps from your website on 2 computers. Each time was told my computer was infected and for a price you would clean it up and then allow download. That’s not free maps!”

The map updates for that model can be installed at no cost. Unfortunately, tech support scams and imposter tech support websites are on the rise.
