Yes, a charger (car) comes with it as does a usb to connect to your computer. I would suggest you purchase a Garmin stand for use on your dashboard. The suction cup one that comes with it tends to fall off with a change in temperature.

It comes with a wall charger cord. You need a block. It also comes with a car charger that you can plug into the cigarette lighter

Yes it comes with a charger that plugs into the cigarette lighter, but if want to hear about the traffic you have to buy a special cord for that.
