“To use in the car, does the car need a lighter or usb port?”

• The car will need to include a cigarette lighter type power port. The Drivesmart 65 & Traffic is designed to be powered only by the included vehicle power cable. Most vehicle USB ports won’t power it.

• TO USE THE TRAFFIC FEATURE YOU NEED A LIGHTER PORT PLUS THE USB CABLE GARMIN GIVES YOU IS WAY TOO SHORT AND TRAFFIC FEATURE IS BUILT INTO THE LIGHTER CABLE
