• Yes, this model includes a Vehicle suction cup mount to attach the GPS to your vehicle’s windshield and a vehicle power cable that connects to the vehicle’s cigarette lighter/power port.

• Does come with the mount but it may not stick to the dash. I ended up using a vent mount purchased from Amazon.

• Comes with a suction cup for windshield mounting. Unless you put something non-porous on the dash I don't think it will stick. My experience with suction cups is that they eventually fall off.
