“I’m a truck driver and recently purchased this device the 710. My device is not 3 months old yet and after making sure it’s updated, resetting the device numerous times it keeps shutting off sporadically. Also shuts off when I unplug it but it’s at 100”

Device only works when is plugged even if its full-time charger must stay plugged the cigarette lighter
