QuestionIt seems that I have to choose between the sapphire or the HRM model... Does Garmin offer them together so that I do not have to wear a chest strap?

- Answer The fenix 3 HR will offer built in optical heart rate as well as the sapphire lens. There is no need to choose between the two if you are wanting to purchase the fenix 3 HR over the fenix 3. |BB|

- Answer No, it can read heart rate data, but needs a separate Garmin Heart Rate Monitor. This model does not have the built in optical HRM. ~JH

QuestionDoes anyone with the Gold/white fenix 3 watch have trouble with the white band getting dirtyI'm worried on my long runs/backpacking etc. the white band will get destroyed. I thought to maybe buy a black band for these times?
