QuestionI ordered my watch on wednesday expecting to pick it up saturday 29 Apr. Now its not going to arrive until thursday, but your website states if i buy today i can pick it up wednesday. It seems these are backordered again. Is this the case?

- Answer Call Best Buy , when I ordered mine I got an email the day I was supppsed to pick it up saying it was delayed , I called and they looked up the tracking number and I was able to pick it up that same day , probably a glitch.( you still have a tracking number even if it's a store pick up) Enjoy your 5x!

QuestionThe Garmin Fenix 5X was available briefly on Best Buy and sold out almost immediately, why not make it available for pre-order? There seems to be quite a few interested in making a purchase. Just a thought.

- Answer It became available on 3-24-17. I was watching everyday, so I ordered mine before they sold out. You have to check everyday if you want to get in on the next shipment.

QuestionAnother had asked if the 5X would be available for pre-order. Geeksquad replied that it would be available for pre-order 1-12-2017. The only model currently available for pre-order is the Fenix 5. Will the Fenix 5X also be available for pre-order?

- Answer Garmin last week stated that none of the 5X's will be shipped until the 28th of April. The first ones to be shipped will go to retailers. Check with the shops in your area that might sell them. They might hold one for you when they receive them. The website just removed the 2 - 3 week wait statement, which means they might be close.

- Answer Its brand new, unfortunately the sale is over. It will be on sale again for the black Friday sale. Keep an eye out and order asap when on sale because they ran out at that price. Best buy received more but are at regular sale price now, until the black Friday sale.

- Answer yes and yes, it shows the tendency of barometric pressure during the past 6 hours so you can predict what to expect even when you are way out from any wireless connections.

QuestionWill the fenix 5x automatically sync it's time with the phone it is connected to? I travel through timezone alot and I'm looking to see if I would have to adjust the time or if it would be automatic via smart phone connection.

- Answer It syncs with GPS and yes if you allow it to change the time during time zone crossing it will, no phone needed to adjust the time.
