Yes, you can charge it anywhere, as long as you have a portable charger. Charges very quickly as well about +40% per hour on my Outdoor Tech Kodak power bank. Battery life on this Watch is amazing. I wear it 24/7 and charge 1 time per week for only about 1 1/2 hours in order to get back to 100% charge.

I don't see why not. As long as it has a USB port or a USB charging adapter. I use my phone USB adapter to charge my watch in the wall socket.
